How much does it cost?

Do you service anywhere besides Fenton?

 Will you stop just for nails?

Yes, it is $53. For multi-pet households it is $53 for the first pet, and $16 per after that.

 

Will you need to use the hose or an outlet to plug in?

Our buses are completely self-contained. They have a generator for power and a 100 gallon tank for clean water. On a rare occasion we may run out of water in which case we would need to use your hose or return to the shop to fill our water tank before returning.

 

How often should I have my pet groomed?

Usually we recommend every 4-6 weeks. Keep in mind that it is not about just looking good, but also about their comfort and health. Some pets have hair that tangles quickly which requires frequent upkeep. In addition, shedding breeds need to be groomed in order to get the loose coat taken out. 

 

Can we watch our pet get groomed? 

We would love to have you join us during the grooming process, but it is extremely unsafe for your pet. While grooming we do use sharp tools and pets that move around the grooming table are at a higher risk of being accidentally cut. Please do not disturb during the grooming process.

Does mobile cost more than my groomer?

YES. We are not a mobile version of local pet stores. Our mobile service offers only experienced professional service, one on one attention, quality products, and patience. 

 

What happens if my dog is matted? 

If your pet is matted we will not try to brush all of it out since that can be extremely painful for them. We will assess how bad they are and come up with a solution which will most likely be shaving them (every coat is different, so this is handled case by case).The great news is that we can get you on a set schedule to prevent it from happening again in the future. There will also be an additional charge for matted pets.

 

Do you reuse water?

No, the water that we use is always fresh and clean.

 

Is there a weight or size limit?

As long as your dog can fit through the door we will groom them.

 

Do you have warm water?

Yes, we have water heaters, as well as a heater for the winter and air conditioning for the summer!

 

How should I prepare my pet for grooming?

Please take your pet to go to the bathroom before we arrive. Aside from that, leave the rest to us!
